Paul started his career path in the exercise and health industry in 1996 as the first strength and conditioning intern at the United States Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, CA. There he worked with several athletes who participated in the Summer Olympic Games in Atlanta, GA.
After obtaining his B.S. in Fitness Management from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania, he became the first Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Canisius College in Buffalo, NY. While at Canisius, Paul worked with the school’s 22 Division I-A teams and over 500 athletes. Upon graduation, he started Siena College’s first strength and conditioning program. He worked with the school’s 360 athletes and 19 Division I-A athletic teams for over three years. Paul started his own business in 2001 and has been practicing a holistic approach to helping people improve their health and performance for over 25-years.

Paul is a Paul St. John Certified Neuromuscular Therapist, NYS Licensed Massage Therapist and holds numerous certifications in holistic health and healing. He has developed several therapies and techniques that he teaches to help individuals become self-reliant.
