Holistic Fascial Integration
Paul has developed a methodology that shapes our fascia. It eliminates acute and chronic pain, improve strength and energy while allowing our bodies to feel relaxed. He developed this technique after years of helping athletes improve their performance. Paul discovered that the fascia can be shaped quickly and permanently when having athletes exercise immediately after shaping just one aspect.
Paul teaches this technique to other practitioners. Massage therapists, physical therapists, chiropractors and physicians can easily incorporate shaping of the fascia into their practice. Range of motion, function, strength and stability can be dramatically improved in minutes. The three level course provides each practitioner with numerous practical applications specific to their professional setting.
Sport Specific Fascial Integration
Sport Specific Fascial Integration provides immediate, permanent improvements to discomfort, pain and weakness affecting an athlete’s ability to perform optimally. This technique was developed by Paul to help athletes return to there sport from injuries as fast as possible. Movement is critical to support this technique. Sport Specific Fascial Integration is provided with the athlete resting on the massage table and standing. A typical session is moving from the table to performing a sport-related skill. The nature of the skill performed is related to the injury and discomfort. The shaping of the fascia provided in standing is necessary to help the athlete integrate the fascial changes quickly. Movement allows the fascial shaping to be used instantaneously. Spending time on the table is necessary to help shape the fascia in certain areas of the body. Once those areas are addressed, standing and moving helps to integrate the changes. Sessions are 60-minutes.
